| Along with the rapid expansion of wide band's customer requirement in China,3G construction is speeding up, China Unicom need expand the WCDMA network to satisfy customer's expectation, Since Nokia is the partner and main supplier of China Unicom, Nokia has the responsibility to provide excellent project service to complete the project within the dead line which limited in the contract. How to manage the project schedule is very important for it.This thesis is aimed to making a study on Jiangsu WCAMA project with the (?)ombination of theoretical basis and practical and contrastive analysis. The thesis makes an elaborate illustration on applications on the management of project schedule with the (?) is of project management schedule and earned value management. The case example of Nokia Jiangsu WCDMA project is used in the exploration of the process of monitoring, analyzing and controlling by utilizing the project management theory and earned value management.This thesis makes an attempt to apply management schedule theory and earned value on WCDMA project. It will play a significant role in popularization and improvement of project managerial skills in terms of mobile communications 3G and initializing 4G. |
