Study Of Sustainable Development Strategy For State-owned Coal Mining Enterprises

Coal is a main energy resource in China. As a result of long mining, being a natural resources enterprise, many coal mines are in a state of exhausted resources; salient industrial problems to succeed; more and more workers being out of work; re-employment pressure becoming more serious; ecology becoming worse and worse; moving, management and re-mining being hard. The sustainable development is faced with serious challenges. According to the demands that we build a resources-saving and environmentally friendly society, we should conform to the coal mining development trend of safety, sanitation, thrift and sustainableness, and keep on improving the quality and benefit of coal industry.The thesis analyses the external surroundings and presents conditions of the internal coal industry development. Based on the sustainable development theory, system engineering theory, industrial economic theory and regional economic theory for the sustainable development strategy of coal enterprises, the thesis analyses the present developing states and existing problems in our country, and makes a study of state-owned coal enterprises heading for the sustainable development strategy. Taking Zaozhuang Coal Mining Group as an example, the thesis illustrates the seven sub-systems of strategy development completely. It draws up the strategy frame and its intention. It also puts forward the implementation advice.The thesis connects the trend of national macro-policy with the regional and environmental factors where the coal industry lies. From the strategic aspect of enterprise development, modern industrial system, industrial structure and technical invention and so on, The thesis studies the sustainable development strategy of coal enterprises with a multi-angle view. It is worth reference to the same industry with higher theory depth.I expect my research achievements to provide some useful references for the choice and the improvement of the sustainable development strategy in the state-owned coal enterprises.
