The Study On Effect Of Sustainable Development Strategy To Competitiveness Of Chinese Coal Mining Enterprises

This article mainly focuses on the influence of sustainable development strategy in enterprise's competitive strength, especially in Chinese mining enterprises. The writer sums up the theories of sustainable development, the enterprise's competitive strength, the blue ocean strategy and the lasting competitive strength, as well as the effect of sustainable development strategy. The writer concludes that the sustainable development strategy can not only be used as a national or area developing guiding rule, but also can be adopted by the individual part of one economic system—the enterprise, considering which can be benefit for reducing the cost of operation and pollution. Combining examples, author gives seven concrete points which can be gained by applying the sustainable development to the actual operation of enterprises. In order to prove those points, the date collected in one typical Chinese mining enterprise—Yanzhou Mining enterprise is processed, with the help of the evaluation model for sustainable development and competitive capability, and a analysis method, built up by writer, for the test of the advancement effect which coming from application of sustainable development strategy. The result gives a positive proof to the previous conclusion.
