The operation strategy of corporation is to seek long-term business survival and development, internal and external environment in the analysis, based on strategic goals of enterprises, development of major policies and strategies and the implementation of steps to make long-term, systematic and global planning and decision-making. Enterprises in the fierce competition market want to survive and develop, which must be respond to changing market conditions flexiblely, or not it will be eliminated by the fierce competition, which requires companies to make the operation strategies of their own.Firstly, this paper describes the theoretical study of external and internal strategic situation, which basises for this article. Secondly, it employs PEST and Michael Porter's Five Forces Competitive analysis to analyse the external environment and industry environment of Longfei building corporation, which comes on opportunities and threats about the ten key factors ,then establish EFE matrix of these key external factors for quantitative analysis; from the company's organizational structure, human resources, financial resources, and corporate culture and brand resources, several aspects of the internal environment of the company conducted a comprehensive analysis, it obtained on the internal advantages and disadvantages of the key factors of the twelve, and establish IFE Matrix quantitative analysis of these factors. Analysis the internal and external environment through the company's qualitative and quantitative, the use of the company's external opportunities and the ability to avoid external threats and the use of internal strengths and weaknesses within the capacity to make up for all the conclusions of the relatively is poor, this conclusion is a breakthrough of the company's operation strategy. Third, through strategic match IE Matrix, SPACE Matrix, SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix, The internal factors of this corporation about strengths and weaknesses is matched external factors about opportunities and threats, percently,this corporation mainly should uphold and maintain this type of strategies which company should stick to the basic competitive advantage and not meet risk overly, in the stability and development, strengthen the enterprise's strength, in order to achieve rapid development of enterprises. Fourth, to formulate the strategic objectives, overall strategy from considering the actual situation of this corporation, then formulate the overall strategy, competitive strategy and functional strategies. Finally, the further implementation of the strategy proposed by the principle, from the human, material and financial resources in three areas to protect the smooth implementation of the strategy and implementation of the strategy through the strategic control, in order to make the strategy basically meet the expected results of the strategic plan.
