A Case Study On Strategy Implementation Management Problems Of CFPA Company

I studied CFPA Company as the case research,to mainly analyze and solve the typical problems which restricted the implementation of strategy development plan.While the company’s management team had defined an excellent strategy plan,but,it seemed quite difficult to be deployed and executed,which impeded the company’s strategy development seriously.I had worked in this company and engaged as the middle management member,and got the opportunity to deeply learn the strategy plan,internal resource and operation situation,which could help me to address the problems and their root cause by using MPM knowledge,in order to raise the resolution that could unleash the vitality of development and advance the strategy’s progress.First of all,it was the summary introduce of CFPA company,and then,I tried to describe the primary problems which restricted its strategy development plan to be implemented,which could be concluded to: the trust crisis from boss makes the professional manager to become a puppet;the company can’t attract talented people and keep them stayed,the whole team appears torn apart;the R&D innovation delivery is seriously lagging behind which affects the overall pace of company’s strategy development.Secondly,based on the quoted theoretical foundation,such as principal-agent and contract-system theory,talent-motivation and team-centripetal-force theory,social-capital & research and development-innovation theory,I analyzed the essence of problems,and located their root cause,such as lack of trust resources,characteristics of the disadvantages of private enterprises,lack of capital investment,which would be the foundation material of next chapter.Then,I did countermeasure research on these typical problems,and proposed resolution scheme accordingly,which could be concluded to: optimizing trust resources and advocating the manager contract system,perfecting the group culture and enhancing the team centripetal force,attracting the strategic investor capital to strengthen the enterprise.As last,I did conclusion at the end of the paper,in order to enhance the development energy for the CFPA company,which could help the company to survive and grow strongly in the cruel and competitive environment.
