Since the reform and opening up, it appears the diverse forms of ownership of mainly state-owned and collectively owned, private supplemented in china. With the rapid development of china economic and the further deepening of economic reform, all kinds of labor disputes and conflicts occur frequently, particularly in the private enterprises, it shows a lot of problems and phenomena which are not harmonious with the social and economic development, such as extensing the labor time, cutting down the workers'wages, poor working conditions, lacking of necessary labor safe protection, labor contract being no signed or no standardized, staff turnover highly, lacking of belonging sense seriously, the staff without respect, neglecting the overall development of workers. This paper attempts to analyze the reasons of the above problems by the model of labor relations of enterprise sustainable development"5×1"system and game theories. Moreover, we reconstruct the domestic labor relations with the guidness of foreign experience and lessons, which might contribute to enterprise sustainable development.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is about the introduction, which includes the proposed, the basis and significance of paper research, research status, research methods and framework of this paper, which about labor relations and enterprise sustainable development of domestic and foreign. The second chapter is about the theory basis, which includes the definitions of concepts such as labor relations, private enterprise, enterprise sustainable development and labor relations of enterprise sustainable development, international labour model, the ways of international labour development, the evolution process of the domestic labor relations. The third chapter is about labour relations model constructed of enterprise sustainable development, which includes environment supersystem, value goal subsystem, institutional structure subsystem, social psychological subsystem, technology subsystem and management subsystem. This paper analyzes the surroundings of labour relations from the macro and grasps the contents involved of labor relations from the microscopic by the model, which lays the foundation for analyzing of the problems of labor relations and analyzing of single main reason of workers, the government and enterprises, which also provides guidance direction for formulating countermeasures. The fourth chapter is about analysis of the problems and reasons of the labor relations in private enterprises. First, this paper analyzes the problems of labor relations and the single main reason of workers, the government and enterprises in China by analysis model, which named labor relations of enterprise sustainable development"5×1"system. And then analyzes the two sides and the three reasons among workers, enterprises and the government by game theories. The fifth chapter is about the targets and strategies of reconstruction of labour relations of enterprise sustainable development. The sixth chapter is about summary and outlook.
