Under the new normal economy condition,the labor relations presents the new features that the gap between Workers interests and enterprise satisfy are growing.The Labor contradiction are more prominent than ever before.Especially the private enterprise,due to the un-sounded labor system and management system,now has become a frequent area of labor group events.The influence and harmfulness of labor group events to the enterprise and the social is obvious,and early warning of labor relations is an effective way to intervent early and prevent sourcely.It has important significance in monitoring the private enterprise labor relations status and development trend,also can help to prevent labor group events happenning.However,at present,private enterprises are lack of early warning management to labor relations.Therefore,in order to prevent labor group events,the study on early warning for the private enterprise labor relations have important realistic meaning and decision-making application value.This article is based on the clarification for labor relations early warning's relevant theories.Firstly analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the private enterprise labor relations,discusses the formation process of the private enterprise labor group events?transmission process and its influence.In turn,put forward the necessity of warning of the private enterprise labor relations and preventing outbreaks of labor group events.On this basis,this paper constructed the private enterprise early warning system,which concludes early warning index system?early warning information system? evaluation and inference system?alarm system and alarm system.The article implement the specialized warning to private enterprise labor group events.At the same time,IV using the building early warning system,do applied research of labor relation early warning for private enterprises in Shanxi Province.The results also confirmed that the early warning system has importance and effectiveness in private enterprise to prevent labor group event.Finally,this paper puts forward the implementation ? evaluating and improving measures in early warning system of labor relations in private enterprise.In this paper,through the construction of early warning system and application research on private enterprise labor relations in Shanxi Province,basically have the following conclusion:(1)For the purpose of prevent labour group event in private enterprise,the early warning of labor relations is very necessary;(2)the formation of private enterprise's labour group event include three phase,which induced contradiction development stage?stage of formation of laborer community?group behavior occurred stage;(3)The main influence factors for private enterprise labor relations inclede work environment and employees themselves need.Enterprise management and democratic management is the major factor in the work environment.,basic needs and development needs of employees demand plays a very important role;(4)constructed the private enterprise early warning system,which concludes early warning index system?early warning information system? evaluation and inference system ? alarm system and alarm system.(5)in the application research of early warning system for private enterprises labor relations in Shanxi Province,found that more than half of the private enterprise labor relations are harmonious,and early warning against area and the danger zone is the most easy to shift level of alert,which need to focus on monitoring and prevention.The possible innovation point in this article lies in: firstly,for the purpose of prevent labour group event in private enterprise,done the targeted research for the early warning of labor relations in private enterprise;Secondly,constructed the private enterprise early warning system,which concludes early warning index system?early warning information system?evaluation and inference system ? alarm system and alarm system.Thirdly,combine the methods of DEMATEL and ANP,used in the construction of early warning index system,which considered the relationship between the indicators,and enhanced the scientific rationality of early warning indicators design.The limitations of this paper: firstly,the selection of early warning indicators and their weights are difficult to fully reflect the enterprise present situation and future trend of labor relations accurately;Secondly,restricted by time and ability,relatively insufficient amount of data acquisition;Thirdly,it is not enough on the research of the early warning system'operation and safeguards refinement,which remains to be further in-depth study.
