Research On The Technology Assessment And Choice Of Qinghai Resource-based Industry Based On Recycle Economy

In the 21st century, the contradictions between growing technology demand of Chinese industry and insufficient technology supply capacity become more and more prominent and technical'bottleneck'has become a major factor restricting industrial development. It will be placed in a more prominent strategic position that the energy saving promotes the adjustment of economic structural and the transformation of the economic growth mode. However, the R & D technology of the resource conservation and environmental protection technology is still relatively weak, advanced and applicable technologies is not used widely. The development of resource-based industrial technology is indispensable, and the valuation, selection and evolution of resource-based industrial must be placed in a large systems which including technological, economic, social, ecological, resource and so on, so we need the concept of circular economy to guide the technology invention , applications, and alternative processes of the resource-based industrial. Qinghai province is relatively rich in resources, the Western Development has mainly focused on resource development, but the reserves of mineral resources in Qinghai Province is limited and the development mode of Qinghai resource-based industry is not consistent with sustainable development. The development of the industry is to the cost of resources destructive plundering and the high-energy consumption, and resulting in low productivity and lack of competitiveness, the overall capability of sustainable development of Qinghai resource-based industry is weak. Based on the above considerations, this paper is guidance as basic theory of circular economy. On the basis of clear understanding the status and future of industrial technology, we study the technology assessment and choice of Qinghai resource-based industry based on recycle economy.This paper introduces the reason; purpose and significance of this topic, comprehensive analyze the relevant study situation and study results with this topic at home and abroad. Then introduce the methods and innovation of this article. Then study the relevant concepts and related theory.
