Service Strategy Choice And Industry Technology Progress Of Advantageous Manufacturing Enterprises Under Open Situation

In today's globalized market,economies and technologies have penetrated each other and mutual dependence has increased substantially.The development of China's manufacturing industry has been placed in a more open context.With the increasingly fierce global competition,China's manufacturing industry is facing the "pre-blocking and chasing" problems of developed countries and other developing countries,and there is an urgent need to achieve technological advancement upgrades.At present,China's manufacturing industry is gradually transforming into service-oriented manufacturing,and service-oriented has provided an important breakthrough for promoting technological advancement in manufacturing.Throughout the current mainstream research findings,most scholars mainly discuss the impact of manufacturing service industry on China's industrial technology development from the industrial level and propose industrial policies accordingly.There are differences in research and the effect of the policy is not outstanding.In fact,manufacturing service is a multi-disciplinary research field,and the specific behavior is from the business level of the enterprise.The service level of manufacturing industry is mainly affected by the strategic behavior of enterprise service.The group represented by superior enterprises plays a vital role in accelerating the process of manufacturing service.Based on this,this paper believes that there are three main reasons for the divergence of research at the industrial level and the failure of policy:(1)ignoring the differences in resources and capabilities of enterprises of different scales;(2)ignoring the differences in the allocation of different strategic resources of enterprises.(3)Ignoring the impact of the open situation on the implementation of the service implementation strategy in the context of economic globalization.However,from the perspective of enterprise practice,the existing research on the internal mechanism of the relationship between enterprise service strategy and industry technology progress is very limited.Considering the neglected problems of the above three aspects,based on the limitations of the existing literature research,this paper will start from the following scientific issues:(1)Does the superior enterprise service strategy promote the technological progress of the industry? As more and more scholars begin to pay attention to the impact of micro-level corporate behavior on industrial transformation and upgrading,this paper will take advantage of the dominant enterprises as the research object,explore the impact of the superior enterprise service strategy on the technological progress of the industry,and clearly promote the technological progress of China's manufacturing industry.Key strengths;(2)How does the manufacturing strategy of superior manufacturing enterprises promote technological advancement? Different service strategies represent different resource allocation methods.How to influence the technological progress of the industry through different resource allocation methods is an issue that needs to be discussed in depth.The research of this problem will help to enrich the service-based strategic theory and the micro-foundational research of industrial technological progress,make strategic decisions for manufacturing enterprises,seek feasible paths for China's industrial technological progress,and improve the basis for effective policy efforts;(3)in the open situation Under the circumstance,how does the different openness affect the relationship between the service strategy of the dominant manufacturing enterprise and the technological progress of the industry? This paper conducts a situational embedded research on the service strategy of China's dominant enterprises.On the basis of completing the theoretical model and hypothetical reasoning,this paper selects the manufacturing advantage enterprises of the Shanghai-Shenzhen A-share implementation service strategy from 2002 to 2016 as the research sample,and validates the conceptual model and assumptions.As a special endogenous variable is included in the comprehensive analysis framework of the production function,and the analysis is carried out by using various analysis methods.The main conclusions are as follows: the dominant enterprise service strategy behavior is the industry technological progress.The main force,which adopts a product-oriented service strategy and a customer-oriented service strategy,respectively promotes technological progress in the industry through different paths.In the open situation,different open types play an important role in regulating the relationship between the service strategy of superior manufacturing enterprises and the technological progress of the industry.This paper takes advantaged enterprises as the research object,deeply analyzes the strategic behavior of enterprise service,and explores the micro-mechanism of technological advancement in the industry.The main contributions of innovation are:(1)Establishing the strategic behavior of the dominant enterprise service-industry technology advancement model,which compensates for the micro-foundation research gap of the current technological transformation of the enterprise and realizes the technological progress of the industry,revealing the key to promoting technological progress in the industry.(2)Revealing the path of different service-oriented strategies of superior enterprises to improve the technological progress of the industry,making up for the lack of understanding of the service-oriented strategy on industrial development in the past,and enriching the theory of industrial technological advancement and the theory of service-oriented strategy;(3)Embedding in the open situation further strengthens the micro-foundation of technological progress,and provides ideas for the optimization of service-oriented strategic behaviors of advantageous enterprises,and expands the theory of corporate behavior.The theoretical analysis and empirical research of this paper make up for the shortcomings of the prior research that pay less attention to the process of enterprise service strategy and the mechanism of industrial technology advancement.The important attempt to embed the open situation also provides new innovation for China's manufacturing transformation and upgrading of international competitiveness.Thoughts and inspirations.The research results have important reference value for the sustainable and healthy development of advantageous enterprises and the promotion of competitive advantage.At the same time,from the practice,it provides reference for China to formulate effective and effective industrial policies.
