The Empirical Research On The Relation Between China's Industrial Structure Optimization And The Foreign Direct Investment

Foreign Direct Investment play an important part in the remarkable economic development We have achieved in the past thirty years , not only in the expansion of economic but also in the optimization of the economic structure, especially in the upgrading and structural optimization of the industry. So Foreign Direct Investment has been an indispensable part of our economic. At present, it's an important issue to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure. So how to make full use of the Foreign Direct Investment also deserve our attention.The thesis is based on relevant theories of foreign direct investment and industrial structure adjustment, such as the concept of industrial structure, the upgrading and structural optimization of industry and Foreign Direct Investment.On this basis the theory of structural optimization of industry and Foreign Direct Investment has been represented. All the work based on the foundation for the following research. Then the article analyzes the interaction between the total FDI and industrial structure optimization. In order to fully explain the industrial structure optimization, the paper chooses indexes from the angle of upgrading of industrial structure and optimization of industrial structure. From this process, the interaction relationship between FDI and the industrial structure optimization. In order to help to express the effect on industrial structure for foreign direct investment in the future, combining with our national situations that the introduction industrial structure and regional structure of FDI is very unbalanced, the following research processed from the two angles of introduction industrial structure and regional structure. The results show that FDI inflows the primary industry and tertiary industry can promote these industries, but not the secondary industry. View from the regional structure of FDI, the effect on industrial structure for foreign direct investment varies greatly. Last, attempt to propose few suggestions such as independent strategy of china's attraction of funds, build a favorable environment, strengthen the work of the central and western introduction to guide the work of investment invitation.
