Research On The Process Of Service Transformation Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises Based On Solutions

Along with the adjustment of the world economics structure and the promoting of the service industry economic status, global economic is transforming to service economy. Meanwhile, along with the traditional manufacturing industry productivity inflates suddenly and the rising of consumer's status, the manufacturing enterprise must be face of competition and the decreasing of income and profit. Under this tendency complex environment, some Equipment manufacturing enterprises implement service transformation, providing the solutions to meet their customer need, and have obtained the huge success. However, it is not very mature regarding to fundamental research of the solution Service transformation, especially in transformation process aspect research. Even though some basic theories have formed,they are still scattered and could not become complete knowledge construction system,not to mention playing a systematic guiding role in the practice of the Equipment manufacturing enterprises solution service transformation.In view of the present situation, this thesis draws lessons from the Chinese and Foreign latest researches and their results, from the view of process, conducting comprehensive and systematic research about the equipment manufacturing enterprises solution service transformation .This article will divide into three parts to conduct the research which base on the transformation process of Equipment manufacturing enterprises solution. The first is the transformation ability analysis, because only some of Equipment manufacturing enterprises suit implementation solution service transformation. This article mainly carry on analysis from the equipment product developing ability, providing the value-added service ability, conforming of enterprise resources ability, as well as adjusting ability of organizations and merging of service culture. Next is the solution formation and the implementation, the key of this stage lies in gaining and analyzing of the customer demand ,as well as the choice of the way to realizes the customer service demand. Finally, the enterprise must carry on the evaluation to the transformation effect. Based on the analysis of some famous enterprise's cases and BSC, the paper has constructed the evaluation system from five dimensions which can offer some references for some enterprises to grasp the effect of transformation.The research production of this thesis can provide systematic theory guiding about using the transformation process for the Equipment manufacturing enterprises solution, and also can supply reference for the Equipment manufacturing enterprises that have the preparation to develop the service transformation based on solutions.
