Research On Evaluation Of The Technological Innovation Performance Of The Manufacturing Of Jiangsu Province

Technological innovation has become the important basis and power of modern manufacturing.At the same time,technological innovation performance will influence the enthusiasm of enterprises in technological innovation.However,in current circumstances,despite having abundant innovation resources,the regional science and technology advantage of jiangsu province has not been fully utilized.Its technological innovation performance still has a considerable gap with the leading domestic level,which is restricting the pace of industrial upgrading Seriously.Therefore,it is fairly significant to evaluate the technological innovation performance,analyze it,and find way to improve it for changing the disadvantage in international division,promoting industrial upgrading and the international competitiveness of industry.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter gives a brief introduction of background, significance and importance of the paper.The second chapter introduces research present on technological innovation process,technological innovation performance evaluation,technological innovation auditing both at home and abroad.Starting from the third chapter, model of technological innovation process based on information flows and capacity-driven is established,which lay the foundation for technological innovation performance evaluation and technological innovation auditing.Then,an indictors system for evaluating the technological innovation performance is put forward according to the information flows in the model of technological innovation process,the method used for technological innovation performance evaluation also being introduced in the chapter.In the next chapter,the technological innovation performance of the manufacturing of jiangsu province is evaluated horizontally and vertically,obtaining the relative level and the development situation of it.In the fifth chapter,performance is analyzed with the model of technological innovation audit established based on the model of technological innovation process,and the corresponding countermeasures is given for performance promotion.The last chapter makes a summary and outlook for the research.
