The Study On Cost Analysis And Control In Green Construction Of High-rise Building

Currently, the fact of mass construction of high-rise buildings in cities makes greenconstruction an effective way to save resources and protect the environment, which isaimed at"four of a guarantee".It has important practical significance in strengtheningthe cost control on green construction of high-rise buildings,Since it plays an importantrole on total cost reducement,profits increasment and green construction promotion.The impact of urban resources and environment imposed by the high-rise buildingis analized through resarch of building and its construction features.The greenneccessity of constuction is described based on the comparison between traditonal andgreen costruction.The problems existed in the implementation are proposed according tothe overall framework and development situation in green construtionn of high-risebuilding.The main factors which influence the cost are summarized based on theanalysis of cost composition in green construction.The emphasis on cost control ingreen construction of high-rise building is comprehensively determined by thequalitative analysis and quantitative analysis method,which are based on ParetoPrinciple and value engineering separately.Many construction-site investigations havebeen done aiming at several major green construction measures which affect thecost.The cost control system in green construction of high-rise building has been set upin view of goal programming according to the cost data analysis.The correspondingmodel of cost analysis and control is established, and the results can be obtained byLingo program.In addition, the measures and methods of cost control discussed above has beendemonstrated by specific examples in the paper,indicating the practicality to some extent.Some basis can be provided for construction enterprisis to control the cost ingreen constrution of high-rise buildings.
