| The super-high-rise building which can save the land resources effectively is rising rapidly as the landmark image in big cities, with the improvement of building design and construction technology.Problems like energy consumption and environmental pollution of super-high-rise building should be paid more attention, as the construction consumes largely and pollutes seriously. The traditional project management mode has not met super-high-rise building’s needs, with their problems of more energy consumption and cost, more seriously pollution and social impacts, due to character of large scale, difficult coordination, and great variable logistics. Green supply chain management, as a new management mode, can provide a new thought to solve the above problems.The paper summarize system framework and model of super-high-rise building green supply chain management, that provide a thought, method and reference to members participate in it, after studying the related literatures and basic theories and analyzing the main contents, organization structure, information flow, cash flow, logistics flow.In order to use the above model for providing decision basis for members participate in it, the paper suppose basic conditions, decision variables and related parameters of the model, then build their economic, social, environmental benefit function after analyzing activities of green development enterprises, green suppliers, green contractors and recycling enterprises, at last get the linear programming optimized model for green supply chain management of super-high-rise buildings. The paper establishes the optimized model of an super-high-rise building in Chong Qing as an example after estimating its’ related parameters, then gets the optimal decision variables with LINGO,a optimization software, which can help participants to make optimal decisions.The paper also evaluates the performance of green supply chain management of super-high-rise building, in order to examine its’ effects. First, it construct the performance evaluation index system of super-high-rise building green supply chain management which consists of 3 primary indicators and 16 secondary indicators, and introduces how to use the ANP- Fuzzy to calculate index weight and performance. It builds the ANP structure model of an another super-high-rise building in Chong Qing as an example, and gets index dominance and scores of it with the method of questionnaire survey, then obtains index weight by the software of SD and economic, environmental, social performance by the method of Fuzzy. The match between the result and certification level of the super-high-rise building shows that the model is practical and effective.The results of the paper provides a complete set of system about management, thinking, decision-making and performance evaluation for members participate in green supply chain management of the super-high-rise building, that can improve the economic,social,environmental benefit and promote healthy, sustainable development of enterprises and the social. |
