In housing industry development it has important and practical significance.This article begins with study of residential industrialization development in the developed countries. comparing the current situation of the domestic residential industrialization development with the developed countries reveals the characteristics and classification of regional residential industrialization. Then the main influence factors and development trend of residential industrialization is summed up. Based on principles and methods of economics, social benefit and economic benefit is analysed. And through the analysis of society benefit of residential industrialization in Hong Kong and direct cost of precast partition board, economic evaluation of the residential industrialization is implemented, and the feasibility analysis of promotion of residential industrialization in chongqing is made. At the same time, the supply chain management is applied to residential industrialization. The reasonable forms and contents of supply chain in residential industrialization are concluded.
