Qing Shuiying Coal Mine Project Construction Phase Supervisal Effect Evaluation

As the construction supervision system carry out in China, construction supervision units which become one of main body in engineering construction and bearing important supervision, management, organization, coordination function. Its quality and level directly affects construction project construction level and investment returns, but also affects construction project supervisal effect.However, as construction supervision system start late in our country, all sorts of supervision theory and standard is not perfect,resulting in actual supervision process exist many problems, affect supervisal effect.Especially,because special environment and complicated conditions of coal mine construction, supervisal effect evaluation method simple, lead to coal mine construction phase supervision is unsatisfactory. Mainly displays in:(1)In project quality supervisal effect evaluation, quality supervision effect often depends upon the professional ability and sense of responsibility of supervisor; it is hard to get an objective and fair evaluation.(2)In project progress supervisal effect evaluation, the traditional method is network planning method. However, in the construction process have many uncertainty factors, can not reflect the actual construction process totally.(3) In project investment supervisal effect evaluation, the current control method not fast and period too long, often can't keep up with the need of project progress.This paper point at the actual of Qing Shuiying coal mine,adopting fuzzy causality analysis method,fuzzy network planning analysis method,fuzzy estimate analysis method to evaluate the engineering quality supervisal effect,the coal mine construction engineering progress supervisal effect,the mine inclined shaft investment supervisal effect of Qing Shuiying coal mine construction phase;and using experts estimate method to evaluate the whole project supervisal effect of Qing Shuiying coal mine construction phase. Above methods could accurately reflects the actual engineering of Qing Shuiying coal mine construction and some exist problems, submits the corresponding solutions as well, give some feasible suggestion in order to help coal mine construction quick and good development.
