The strategic adjustment of the countryside and its economic structure is the brief content of the construction of new socialist countryside, is also the major plan which is involved with the national economy and the long-term development of the agriculture and the rural economy, while the agriculture industrial structure adjustment is this strategic adjustment's base. It's the only way that executing the agricultural production's strategic adjustment and optimizing resource allocation for the agricultural development in the new era. The agriculture industrial structure involved a lot of factors and covered broad scope and is influenced by the natural factors such as meteorology, season, biological growth cycle and so on. The agriculture industrial structure is more complex than the industrial one. As a result, it made important theoretical and practical guiding sense to the evaluation of the agriculture industrial structure and the optimal research.Based on agricultural system theory and agricultural sustainable development theory, combined with present situation of agricultural development in Hexi corridor, taking Minqin,Suzhou,Ganzhou,Minle as examples,studied comparative analysis in Space, time scale applying structure similarity coefficient, structure vary coefficient. It also introduced information theory of information entropy concept as industry system structure stability measures, studying the present situation and its rationality evaluation of Hexi corridor. This thesis constructed a multi-objective optimization model which embodied the integrated benefits of economy, society and ecology with mathematical methods. It based on the current economic and technological conditions of agriculture in Hexi Corridor to build structure optimization model according to the planning objectives of agriculture development in its sample region. This will reflect different adjustment strategy's controlling parameters input-model and solve the corresponding optimal adjustment programs with the LINGO optimal software program. In short, this paper has completed scientific evaluation and research of present situation of agriculture industry structure and adjustment problems, has been selected optimization adjustment scheme and the optimum scheme. It hopes to the current research and industry structure adjustment policies,also hopes to have important theoretical significance and practical application value for sustained and rapid development of rural economy and Agriculture.Through the article research ,the results shows that: (1) In 2003-2009,the industrial structure similarity degree among the internal research sample areas is higher, the internal agriculture of Hexi corridor with large degree of convergence, the main reason is the regional environment, resources and fu, the agricultural production conditions more or less similar; In 2003-2009, the research area industrial structure change coefficients of time series, in addition to the individual year, even lower than 0.4, agricultural structure in spatial scales have a little change ,but the change of industrial structure coefficient in the whole time sequence is more, the industrial structure unstable; the system industrial structure entropy of Minqin in Hexi corridor present reduced situation, the system industrial structure entropy of Suzhou,Minle,Ganzhou both present increased situation, especially Suzhou,Ganzhou, the system industrial structure entropy amount of variation is largest, the uncertainty of agricultural industry structure system in Suzhou and Ganzhou gradually increasing, while Minqin is opposite. In short, the agricultural industry in Suzhou and Ganzhou, planting ,especially the rapid development of breeding industry vigorously, which made output value of planting have a large proportion in agricultural, while the development of other industry is imbalance.(2)Ecological agriculture, sustainable agricultural development of study area, need to based on meet the production requirements of the outside , especially under the grain safety,the breeding industry and a stable supply of vegetables industry, continuous to develop the modern livestock husbandry, moderately adjust the plant of economic crops. However, the difference between regional resource endowment, the different production ways, the district agricultural structure optimization in the different research sample area need constant adjustment in actual reform, ultimately tend to ecological agriculture, sustainable agricultural development. Therefore, the agricultural development of study area, need to use the comparative advantage of agricultural resources in Hexi corridor, animal husbandry play to strong pull function to other industries, overall planning, coordinating development. The internal of planting, optimize the structure of planting, develop the economic crops,forage grass and fodder crops, appropriate compression the proportion of food planting, focus on developing animal husbandry, optimize the structure of livestock and poultry, vigorously develop herbivore breeding scale, improve the feed conversion, increasing economic benefits.
