Situation Analysis In The Development Of Agricultural Technology Extension System In Huzhou

Agricultural extension is an important carrier of implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education in China, is an important measure to deepen rural reform, is the fundamental requirement to promote the transformation and upgrading, the realization of agricultural modernization agriculture. While with the rapid economic development in China, the present agricultural extension service system (AESE) obstructed the application of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,and unable to meet the requirements of the development of modern agriculture. Therefore, we must establish and improve the AESE reform and innovation, strive to solve institutional obstacles, in order to powful promote the construction of new socialist countryside, the peasants’ income, agricultural efficiency, realize the healthy and sustainable development of agriculture.In this paper, by using the method of theoretical analysis and on-the-spot investigation, through the literature and data analysis, to solve the problems in the status quo and development of AESE in Huzhou, focuses on the "3+X" model,"1+1+N" mode, Agricultural Technology Association and the typical results such as the Huzhou model;meanwhile, we sressed on agricultural team construction and effectively measures for personnel support of AESE; explained to speed up the innovation means about transformation and application of technology; talked about diversified and socialized AESE in Huzhou; and put forward some countermeasures proposals to perfect AESE and solve the real abuse. Not only has it important practical significance to solve the agricultural extension work in Huzhou as the "last mile" problem and effectively accelerate the progress of agricultural science and technology in Huzhou, but also it can promote the development of modern agriculture, and has important reference meaning to other provinces and cities nationwide.
