Study On Transformation And Development Of Resource-based City Under The Background Of Sustainable Development

After years of rapid economic development,China has entered a tough stage to tackle the social development and transformation at present.Under the new normal and reforming and developing environment,China needs vigorously promote the transformation and development of resource-based cities,and timely solve the problems in resource-based cities.Hereby,ensure the smooth transformation and sustainable development of resource-based cities,and avoid the recession of resource-based cities.Qingyang plays an important role on the "industrial city,industrial enriching" strategy of the 12 th Five-Year Plan of Gansu Province.Qingyang is not only a pioneer in the field of economic development,but also a "trial field" for solving various social,economic,environmental and livelihood problems after the relocation of Changqing Oilfield.To avoid taking the old road of resource-based development of traditional resource-based cities leading to exhaustion of cities,Qingyang City plans to develop resource-based industries in a timely manner while developing resources.At the same time,Qingyang City vigorously introduces and develops new non-resource industries such as the apple industry and cultural tourism,and strives to reduce the dependence of urban economic development on resource exploitation.The present work summarized the status and existing problems of non-resources apple industry and cultural tourism industry in the process of transformation and development in the context of sustainable development in Qingyang City.Then combining with the successful experience of the transformation of resource-based cities at home and abroad,we try to find a suitable road to sustainable development and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and development of Qingyang.The present work can lay a theoretical foundation for the research on the related transformation of resource-based cities,and accumulate some experience and provided practical experience for the transformation of resource-based cities and the promotion of sustainable development strategies at the same time.
