Logistics is one of our national economy foundations, its modernization may effectively improve our nation's industrial structure, promote the quality of our national economy operation. In recent years, with the fluctuation of international energy supply, energy problem has gradually become one of the important factors that restrict industry development. Therefore, under the situation that energy is increasingly in short supply, how reasonably plan the energy consumption in logistics system has become a pressing problem to be solved. This thesis is intended to study what the problems are in logistics and how to develop logistics from the perspective of energy. The thesis first introduced the basic implications of logistics, its evolution history and its latest development. The categorization of energy consumption in logistics was put forward. Then it analyzed energy consumption in logistics platform as well as in logistics' social operation. After that it simply explained the consumption within the enterprise and the energy consumption in such aspects as logistics management and logistics information. Based on the aforementioned analysis, the content and the methods in logistics were proposed. A planning chart for logistics energy network was creatively drawn which provided a rationale for the later plan and development, particularly for the making of energy decision. Finally, it takes energy as a restraint variable, takes the bi-level programming as the tool, established a model for the location of logistics center, which is a product of the analysis of energy problems in logistics system. The findings of the present research and its practical application will play a positive role in promoting the sustainable development and in making the decision in logistics energy.
