Xi'an Haina Auto Service Limited Company is subordinated by Xi'an Traffic Department and owned by Xi'an Auto Traffic Parent Company. Its first subsidiary company still deals with auto traffic. The article analyzes and discusses its progress.By dissertating of modern logistics theory, adopting the method of theory integrated with practice, firstly, the article demonstrates in detail its necessity and feasibility of establishment of freight station in the Huaqing Road, Xi'an, analyzes conditions of establishing freight station ,designs two kinds of schemes, and finishes detailed budget.
