To some extent, competition among enterprises is subject to their competition for human resource. Human resource has become the prime factor that determines enterprises' existence and development. Facing the more and more complicated environment, enterprises must attract, hold, and make full use of talents by designing adjusting the human resource system especially the performance management system . Modern enterprises cannot achieve prosperity unless they own perfect performance management system, which has become the key aspects of human resource management and raised the standard of human resource management.SZ Co. is a Small-sized privately-owned enterprise in Shenzhen city . It has been founded in 1996. From its beginning, the company' main business areas focus on the consulting and training for china mobile. Under the high competition of consulting and training marketing, SZ Co. has found many problems and defects of its present performance management system. The faultiness of the performance management system seriously oppresses the company's development speed and the motivation, reservation of knowledge workers .
