The twenty-first century is the era of knowledge-based economy, high-tech enterprises have become a source of economic growth. While the knowledge workers as the owner of knowledge, who depend the survival and development of high-tech enterprise. Therefore, how to attract talents, retain staff, and stimulate knowledge workers'potential and enhance their contribution to corporate performance, has become an urgent problem to managers. In this paper, it based on the present situation of knowledge workers'motivation of high-tech enterprises in Shanxi province, and focused on the research of the relevance between knowledge workers'motivation and corporate performance.This thesis selects 45 high-tech enterprises in Shanxi Province as the sample for questionnaire survey (a total of 280 questionnaires were issued, 235 questionnaires were recovered).The survey results show that there are some problems with knowledge workers motivation of high-tech enterprises in Shanxi Province, for example, low satisfaction of staff overall motivation, and insufficient incentives for salaries and benefits, lack of long-term incentives, ignoring the role of corporate culture, lack of fair and reasonable performance evaluation system and etc. For the problems with knowledge workers motivation of high-tech enterprises, as well as drawing lessons from motivation theory, corporate performance evaluation theory, organizational behavior theories of enterprise performance model and other basic theories, this thesis has established evaluation system of knowledge worker motivation and corporate performance in high-tech enterprise, and built a relational model of knowledge worker motivation and corporate performance in high-tech enterprise. In this paper, it has verified the positive correlation between knowledge workers motivation and corporate performance in high-tech enterprise, and received the standard regression equation of significant incentives and corporate performance by using correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis with SPSS15.0. In this paper, according to the results of empirical analysis, and combined with the status of knowledge workers motivation in high-tech enterprise, it presents some measures to enhance corporate performance for incentive mechanism, such as entirely enhancing knowledge workers'salaries and benefits levels, strengthening the incentive role of corporate culture, strengthening the incentives of work and establishing a fair and reasonable performance evaluation system.
