With the quickening of global economic integration, people have received the fast, reliable, overall enormous influence power to our social life every aspect of information day by day. Now international economy enter into a new developing period, its characteristic to can pass and raise enterprise competitiveness in order to realize the goal of developing national economy. China is a developing country, in the stage of development strategy of industrial automation. In the present stage, The task that transform traditional industry by automatic technology is very much strenuous. Under this situation, study of our country automatic enterprise competition strategic has important meaning.This thesis divides six parts altogether.the major content is as follows:The first part is for the introduction, it points out the study background method and train of thought.The second part analyzes the related theory of competition strategy introduces the automatic circumstances and the Huakong co.,Ltd.The market environment of the Huakong co., Ltd. is analyzed in third part. Firstly, it analyzes the market foreground and requirement in market of automation products, then it studys the customer's trade, Finally, it studys the main competitors of Huakong co., Ltd.The 4th part analysis and studys the competitive advantage and inferior of Huakong co., Ltd.The 5th part Analyses and selects the Competition tactics of Huakong co., Ltd.Final part put forward Competition tactics from cost, marketing,product domain,brand,R&D and Alliance.
