Research On The Relativity Between Organization Environment And Agility Of Supply Chain In The Super Market

Supply chain management is the bottleneck of the retail industry. And it's also the important topic for the researchers both at home and abroad. Supermarket which plays the main role in the retail industry attracts more attention from researchers.Study on supermarket supply chain management is on its agility. The present study conditions about agile of supply chain are as follows: Some literatures emphasize the importance of supply chain agility for the company, but they didn't focus on a industry or a certain company; the study on the relativity of the agile of supply chain and organization environment is short of data supporting; the study on the index system of agile supply chain is almost blank. Based on these, the paper does some quantitative analysis on supermarket.The article firstly explains the basic concept of supermarket and agile supply chain, and secondly it studies the development of supermarket's supply chain. The paper designs a questionnaire on the relativity of the agile of supply chain and organization environment, and then analyzes it by structural equation model; lastly it tries to propose the index system of supply chain agility and makes evaluation of agile by using the method of fuzzy compositive evaluation.Through above study, the article reveals the internal mechanism of agile supply chain, and provides the new management thoughts for the product development of the enterprises.
