In the field of research in human resource management, performance management as its core is universally emphasized. Especially more and more enterprises begin to face the pressure from the market competition and think how to successfully finish their execution of the strategy, so it becomes very important and necessary for enterprises to design and implement a series of systematic performance management.Based on performance management test-run of one state-owned enterprise, this thesis explains the present situations of performance management in this company and analyzes the two main problems of performance management. One is indicator design; the other is implementation of performance management.Firstly, this thesis establishes performance indicator system for the company by using performance management tools and technology. It quotes company programming and clarifies the strategy of the company through SWOT analyzing model. When the indicator is designed, the thesis made a clear expression on the strategy by using Strategy Chart and Balanced Score Card (BSC), then abstract performance indicator by adopting BSC and Key Performance Indicator (KPI), and decompose step by step, at last the indicator system of company is formed.Secondly, according to modern performance management theory, this thesis put forward the corresponding method of organization and...
