With the advent of the digital information age,the IT service industry has developed rapidly and the market competition has become more and more fierce.How IT service companies stand out in the fierce market competition requires enterprises to establish and implement scientific and effective from a strategic perspective.The performance management system,through performance management,continually stimulates the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,promotes the innovation of the IT service industry,promotes the development of enterprises,and enhances the core competitiveness of IT service enterprises.For this reason,academics and enterprises are constantly discussing enterprise performance management and selecting performance management methods suitable for business development.Among them,there are balanced scorecards that pass the organizational strategy step by step and set indicators and target values for evaluation.To this end,the IT service company YX company is taken as an example to analyze the performance management based on the balanced scorecard,aiming to help IT service companies improve their performance management.This paper selects IT service company---YX company to conduct research.YX company is a typical high-tech enterprise and a leader and promoter of the third-party operation and maintenance service in China’s data center.Through the basic situation of the company and the background of performance management for the company to select the balanced scorecard,and analyze how YX’s performance management based on the balanced scorecard is specifically applied in the company,mainly through the establishment of the system.The system,determine the company’s performance strategy goals,design the balanced scorecard indicator system,conduct performance appraisal and feedback and use the results of the company’s performance appraisal to perform performance management,and finally achieved very effective performance management results.The effectiveness of YX’s Balanced Scorecard after its use is embodied in the promotion of strategic objectives,the improvement of the performance appraisal indicator system,the improvement of employee enthusiasm and professionalism,and the enhancement of the company’s development potential.Summarizes the successful experience of YX in implementing performance management based on balanced scorecards.This paper proposes the further improvement of YX’s card performance management based on balanced scores,mainly to strengthen horizontal collaboration among organizations,improve information systems,focus on the dynamics of the indicator system,strengthen communication among employees and implement training management.And other measures,at the same time,expect to play a certain reference role for the performance management of China’s IT service industry.
