With the development of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes a key capital to get profit. Talents with knowledge will become the most important resource in enterprises. While the value of knowledge staff does not totally lies on their knowledge and competency, to some extent, it depend on their efforts. Therefore how to motivate knowledge staff effectively has become the core of Human resource strategy management, and it is also the key problem for enterprise to improve core competitiveness. This paper is aimed to discover the request of the knowledge staff and give some suggestion to improve the motivate system.KS company is a Sino-Korea new-and high-tech enterprise, with the development of KS in recent years, the knowledge staff motivate mechanism isn't fit to the enterprise development. Arbitrary manager ,simple and unsystematic motivate style ,low compensation and benefit, and serious egalitarianism, less innovation has characterized the current status of motivate system.
