To this enterprise's motivation mechanism, the author carried on the related salary, cultural, work, organization's motivation mechanism design, mainly from the demands of the income, individual growth, the achievements and the work independent which the knowledge staff most regard important.The HF electronic enterprise knowledge staff motivation mechanism constructing will be advantageous to the enterprise stimulating the knowledge staff's innovation enthusiasm, and will promote the innovation achievements for the enterprise; at the same time, the HF electronic enterprise has the obvious knowledge enterprise characteristic, the knowledge staff motivation problem is prominent, through constructing the motivation mechanism, unveils the knowledge staff motivation mechanism the general rule to have the certain model significances to other enterprises.
