The economic order of world economic integration of the accelerated development and china's economic progress and has been formed, Chinese enterprises have become intense competition, human resources are experiencing the most rigorous test, and sales management and performance management have been set higher standards to the higher level. How to inspire the human motivation mechanisms effectively to assist salespeople to continually upgrade their performance become the important aspects of operating in enterprise management and human resources management.This paper is divided into six parts:First, it introduces the sales performance management and design of performance appraisal, and points out studies ideas, research, data sources, and the study results in the field.Secondly, the concept of performance management and performance management of the fundamental processes is described. The difference between the performance management and performance appraisal is analyzed and comprised in the second part.Describes the performance management concepts and performance management of the fundamental processes, the performance management and performance appraisal ofThen, this paper analyses and studies the performance appraisal system and how to set up the common performance assessment techniques and performance appraisal theory. Huawei as example, introduce the performance evaluation methods and technology research.Next, the fourth part explains how to establish promotion of performance which is reasonable and practicable.In this paper expounds the fifth part is, how to use performance to encourage the motivation by using dialectic relationship between inspiration and performance.Finally, a conclusion is taken in the end of this paper that the study and follow-up study to the performance appraisal system will improve and push the management research.
