Nowadays,there is very drastic competition in every area.How to be successful is the most important thing which managers are focusing on in all the enterprises.Most enterprises have realized that only owning steady knowledge-based stuffs,especially those core knowledge-based stuffs who decide the future of enterprise,can they form organization's core competitiveness.So, many firms spend lots of money and time in motivating them, copy other advanced corporation's motivate mechanism,but the end is uneffective.The reason is that different companies are in different environment of competition, different development stage, as well as the need of knowledge-based staffs. Consequently ,if an enterprise indeed have decided to motivate knowledge-based staffs effectively,they should begin with the fact,and consider both enterprise's characteristic and employee's need,creat innovation in motivate mechanism. A company must make knowledge-based staffs contribute on their job to insure its success in copetition.This thesis set off from Enterprise's human resource construction,after learning knowledge-based staffs' motivate theories,make good use of analytical methods,analysising the problems,put forward more scientific motivate mechanism innovation to motivate knowledge-based staffs.By means of innovation in motivate mechanism,give advice for enterprises to motivate knowledge-based staffs.This thesis have done all-sided study on knowledge-based staffs.At the beginning,elaborate the purpose of innovative researching on motivate mechanism of knowledge-based staffs,current study situation both in and abroad,the content and method of study,and then summarize present related theory results, including theory of human capital and theory of motivation about knowledge-based staff which support a lot. Then by analysing the present situation of motivating knowledge-based staff,three main problems exist in motivating knowledge-based staff of an enterprise in China: motivate mechanism,corporation's culture and work environment. The purpose of compensation reform is to satisfy the basic request for money,human capitalizing and sustainable training,and career growth regulation are mainly to satisfy the request for growth and achivement.Combining both sustainable training and career growth regulation is much more better,also the best way to motivate knowledge-based staffs.At last,the thesis sum up the whole thesis,point out the short of the research and direction of deeper study in future.
