Study On Adjustment And Optimization Of Industry Structure In Jilin Province

Jilin Province is the old national industrial base. Passing through many years'construction and development, it has formed the quite perfect industry economy system. But along with the domestic and foreign environment change, the industry structure system, which formed under the planned economy system, now cannot adapt the economical development demand more and more. Under the guides of promoting the northeast old industry base strategy in the country, the adjustment and optimization of industry structure in Jilin Province becomes the urgent matter. Based on this, on the foundation of background analysis about the research of industry structure's adjustment and optimization in Jilin Province, this article analyzes the present situation of industry structure, the superiority condition and the restriction factor of the industry structure's adjustment and optimization thoroughly, propose the basic mentality of industry sector structure and the region structure's adjustment.Chapter One summarizes current research direction and research value of this text by analyzing domestic and international relevant research and background, which offers theoretical foundation and support for the whole dissertation.Chapter Two carries on in-depth analysis to the present situation of industry structure in Jilin Province from the industrial economy type structure, industrial structure, organizational structure, product structure, technology structure and regional structure six aspects, and summarizes some questions in the analysis foundation which the industry structure exists in Jilin Province at present.Chapter Three analyzes the superiority conditions from industry foundation, human resources, natural resource and region superiority four aspects, and the restriction factors from marketability degree, enterprise technology equipment, transition of resources-based urban and urbanization level aspects and so on about the adjustment and optimization of industry structure in Jilin Province.Chapter Four discusses the development conditions and the development goals of automobiles, petrochemical, processing of agricultural products, medicine and electronic five advantage sectors, and proposes that taking the five advantage sectors as the central, correlation essential industry departments carries on optimization and combination, thereby promoting the industrial restructuring and optimization in Jilin.Chapter Five puts forward from the establishment of development axis belt, characteristic industrial district and industrial development zone three aspects carrying on the adjustment of industry region structure in Jilin Province, then realizing the relation and interaction of point-line- area, the harmonious, unification and comprehensive development.
