Study On Development Of Socks Industrial Cluster In LiaoYuan

In the current society of development of economic high speed, industrial cluster has already become the noticeable regional development trend, no matter in the developed country or in developing country; it has made enormous contribution to economic development. With the development of deepening and economy of the reform, the industrial cluster phenomenon becomes an important content of economic development of our country too, and it has made the prominent economic performance in some coastal developed areas of Southeast. The Central Party Committee put it at national conspicuous position of economic development"revitalize the Northeast old industrial base"at 2003. Liaoyuan of Jilin Province was once a city of an energy type, it was gradual and exhausted but with coals resources, the economic situation becomes depressed, unemployed people increase, the pressure on employment increases. Then the city of Liaoyuan begins to seek the method to solve the problem actively in the large environment of"revitalize the Northeast", combining one's own characteristic, it develops labors-intensive industry and private economy energetically, the industrial cluster of socks industry of Liaoyuan among them is a very typical example. This paper proceed from current situation of the development of the industrial cluster of socks industry of Liaoyuan, and want to obtain experience from Datang socks industry of Zhejiang Province, offer reference for further development of the industrial cluster of socks industry of Liaoyuan.First of all, this paper reviews the industrial cluster external economy effect theory; offer the theoretical foundation for subsequent comparative study and analysis. Exposition in theory mainly include the meaning of the industrial cluster and three form of the industrial cluster external economy, the industrial cluster's external economy embody four respects, i.e. outside economic, social capital form and accumulate , jointly act with the effect of background influencing.Secondly, this paper analysis the development course, current situation and problem of existing of industrial cluster of socks industry of Liaoyuan. And it obtain the subject problem existing at the present stage of socks industry of Liaoyuan are four important reasons .These are the efforts of technological development is insufficient , the attachment value of the products is low ;talents are more deficient; enterprises lack the key competitiveness ; the surplus of total amount, the structure is out-of-balance.Moreover, this paper has carried on the experience summary to pass the studying and analysis of the development course to the industrial cluster of Datang socks industry of Zhejiang Province.
