In order to facilitating the talents'localization efficiently in the multinational company, from the point of view of humance resource trainging and development, this thesis founds basically a training system for managers in multinational company based on competence. Due to performance is a result of competence, this thesis emphasizes that the training system for managers should inspire and consolidate their superiority and potential, aiming at enhance their core competence. This thesis researches on core competence and key performance of managers for achieving corporation strategy in multinational company, which are compared with managers', and then confirm their difference and analyse requirements of training. This thesis designs training curriculum, chooses taining technique, transforms and evaluates taining achievements. All the procedure is executed based on competence of managers, aiming at enhance their core competence.This thesis uses qualitative and quantity evaluation, theoretics and demonstration analysis, combining theory with practice. In order to found training system efficiently I have been in multinational company to collect and analyse information and data for nearly two years. The main achievements of this thesis are as following:①Combining training system with core competence and key performance of managers for achieving corporation strategy in multinational company, making trainging become a effective approach to enhance managers'core competence in the multinational company.②Core competence and key performance of managers for achieving corporation strategy in multinational company.③Building comprehensive measure to transform taining achievements.④Improve on Kirkpatrick four level evaluation model for taining achievements.
