De-loacalization of enterprises hireling form is a common problem in the developing pole area; Pudong New Area is one of the developing pole areas in China. In its new developing period, the research on de-loacalization of enterprises hireling form is helped for reflecting the actual situation and differential characteristics about de-localization of enterprises hireling form in different size, different ownership and different industries. The relationship between local labors and migrant labors is reviewed and considered from a new perspective of integrated employment, which contributes to further the theoretical understanding of employment relations between urban local labors and migrant labors. All the researches will be of practical significance for achieving better development in integrated employment between urban local labors and migrant labors.Based on two surveys which are conducted by Labour and Social Security Bureau and Statistics Bureau in Pudong New Area in September 2005 and combining with census data and relevant statistical data, the status and main effect factors of de-localization of enterprises hireling form are analysed in this thesis. Meanwhile, the industrial development and employment issues that are related to the de-localization of enterprises hireling form in Pudong New Area were furtherly discussed by the integrating of theory and practice. Finally, corresponding countermeasures to integrated employment between urban local labors and migrant labors on the basis of the possible trend of de-localization in Pudong enterprises in the next few years are provided.There are six chapters in thesis:Chapter I IntroductionThe research background and project significance are introduced in this part. The relevant theories that are involved in this thesis are summarized. Finally, the research frame and method of the thesis are given.Chapter II The Constitution Characteristics of Enterprises Employees Source in Pudong New AreaBased on the statistic analysis of the survey data, the general constitution characteristics of enterprise employees' source and differential characteristics of enterprise employees in different size, different ownership and different industry are described in this chapter.
