After the reform and opening up, along with the rapid development of socialist market economy in our country, the agricultural production efficiency to obtain enhances greatly, the vast rural area began to appear a large number of surplus labor force, a large number of farmers started from the countryside into the cities, creating a group with Chinese characteristics——migrant workers.Along with our country’s urbanization advancement speeding up gradually, the migrant workers group has rapidly grown into a new type of labor force, become the important force of economic construction in our country. In terms of employment, migrant workers have been faced with many problems, such as labor time slightly long, low wages, lack of necessary safety protection measures, etc., the low level of the quality of their employment, the legitimate rights and interests are often can not get effective guarantee, thus causing some social contradictions.Employment is vital to people’s livelihood, solve the employment problem of the migrant workers in China’s economic and social stability is of great significance. Employment quality is high and low, low quality of employment is adverse to the laborer, social and economic development, and rural migrant workers in our country has a special contribution to the development of economic and social effect, the quality of their employment but also restricts the development between urban and rural areas in our country as a whole in and gap narrowed, to promote the quality of relationship between the urbanization of our country and properly solve agriculture, rural areas and farmers problems, affects the implementation of the scientific development concept and the construction of harmonious society, so as to improve and improve the quality of employment of migrant workers, to avoid the occurrence of low quality of employment, allowing migrant workers to live and work in peace and contentment.This study of migrant workers in changzhugtan area as the research object, through the methods of literature review, interview, questionnaire survey, in-depth analysis of changzhutan regional employment status of migrant workers to build a set of analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the quality of the migrant workers employment index system, using the system to changzhutan regional employment quality of migrant workers has carried on the empirical research, and combined with empirical analysis results is put forward to improve the quality of changzhutan regional migrant workers employment countermeasure and the suggestion, in order to improving the quality of migrant workers employment, ensure enterprise keep benign operation, and enhance the vitality of enterprises, maintain social harmony and stability.
