Balance Scorecard Theory Research And Application In Enterprise's Strategic Management

With the development of economical-globalization, the company is facing the fierce competition. In order to survival and develop, the company must be equipped with the strategy. What puzzled the company are how to make the strategy object come true , build the relationship between long-term goal and short-term goal,strategic object and special object, and how to make the strategy operational. Balanced scorecard (BSC)just is a method that can solve those manage-puzzles.It is not very long for BSC has been introduced in our country, so many enterprises don't understand BSC completely, or aren't familiar with BSC. For this reason, I choose BSC as the research object, study the theory and application of BSC, and hope this thesis can offer the reference to those organizations that intend to use BSC.Based on the theme, this thesis is divided into two parts: the first part is theory research, this part starts with BSC's background, introduces BSC's contents, proposes that BSC not only is a scientific and reasonable performance system, but also is a strategic system. The second part is application research, this part contains the principles and steps to carry out the strategy in the use of the BSC, and combine a case to show how the company realize the strategy in the use of the BSC.
