The Research On The Operation Model And Risk Recognition Of Outsourcing

The outsourcing, as one kind of the new management model under the development of social division of labor and the cooperation organization in knowledge economy condition, is receiving entrepreneur's favor day by day. This paper takes operation model of outsourcing and risk recognition research in the process as the main content, and proposed operation choice model, the implementation and the management model, have done following several aspects of work:First, in the foundation of present situation analysis to outsourcing activity of our country, the article induced main forms of our country enterprise to participate in outsourcing and it also promote the main question at present.Second, the paper divided the process of outsourcing into four stages, including enterprise's internal analysis and the appraisal stage, operation model of choice stage, the appraisal and the determination stage of outsourcing activity and implementation and the management of outsourcing stage, it also proposes three kind of basic outsourcing operation model - center attachment, the oligarch union and the crown network.Third, the paper has induced each kind of risk which possibly appears in the outsourcing activity, mainly includes the risk of the decision-making, the risk of choice operation and the strategy partner model as well as the risk of management of enterprise partners in process and so on, it also construct risk recognition matrix model of outsourcing activity, enable the risk management plan formulation to have pointed, the accuracy and the validity.Finally, the paper has put forward some suggestions to our country to implement the outsourcing activity, namely the close relationship with the enterprise's strategy partnership, coordinated the good homemade brand and the generation of labor production relations, structure study organization and the improvement of supplier's relational management and so on.
