Research Of Service Resources Integration Of China Postal Courier & Logistics Which Based On E-Commerce

This research focuses on the integration of the service resources of the China Postal Courier & Logistics. It is based on the electronic commerce. In accordance with the theory of the Third Party Logistics and other modern logistics, it analyses the situation of China Post Courier and Logistics, and points out the main problems and the final solutions based on the E-Commerce. The researching work is mainly about the integration of customer resources, co-operation resources and the Postal Courier and Logistics Network resources. Then, the integration of the overall Post Logistics System resources will be analysis by using the System Theory and the theory of Project Integrated Management.The conclusions of this thesis are as follow. China Post, as the biggest logistics enterprise among the companies which have the priority of together with information flow, money flow and goods flow, has ability to develop electronic commerce logistics. It should focus mainly on e-commercial and custom-based commercial through the organization restructure, redesigning the business program and integrating resources effectively.The main objective of this research is trying to solve the developing problems of China Postal Courier & Logistics, to improve integrate supply chain management ability of Postal Logistics, and to improve its multiple competitive ability, also to achieve effective saving of the social logistics resources.
