Performance management through the integration method, and promoting staff constantly upgrade themselves, strive to expand their promotion systems, the overall talent to maintain the competitiveness of enterprises; by integrating performance management method and the combination of pay incentive system, and more reflect the performance of priority, taking into account equity, reflected by post, by the principle of performance pay paid paid; by integrating performance management method that allows managers to detect human resources management in the "short board" to adjust human resources management work plans.According to the current development trend of HR performance management, combined with the Post Express Logistics Co., Ltd. Hunan Changsha City Express logistics division under the Management of HR performance and found the problem, find the cause of the problem, analyze where the crux of the problem. The "integral performance management" method introduced by "welfare purchasing power," the fulfillment of the existing HR performance management system was optimized and improved. From a single effective HR performance evaluation to improve performance management, establish a complete and scientific HR performance management system performance.On the performance evaluation using years of practical experience and theoretical knowledge learned, express logistics branch in Changsha performance appraisal system for analysis and research, and to optimize the existing performance appraisal system. Through this analysis, a clear conclusion; integral performance management method can be effectively applied to the HR performance management, HR performance management system is conducive to the improvement of self-help to improve the quality of staff, is also conducive to update employees on HR performance management's views and change the traditional mode of thinking and behavior of performance appraisal methods and so on. Theory and method of this paper will study other HR performance management provides a theoretical reference, while the practice of this research will also expand the existing performance management applications.
