This study is mainly about Unicom Corporation CDMA business development strategy. Through the researching of CDMA business and the competitive in mobile market, the development strategy of Unicom CDMA business was given. The article is divided into four parts. An overview of the CDMA business provides in Part I, which was the CDMA business definition and the CDMA industry value chain. The article introduced the CDMA business development and the status quo in part II, including network construction and user development. It is the focus of this paper in part three, which is to examine the competitive environment Unicom CDMA business, mainly in connection with the movement of contrast through SWOT analysis to find Unicom CDMA business development problems and difficulties. The last part is the development of the CDMA business development strategy. First, we must have a correct understanding of the CDMA business, who identified spaces, and then integrating all industries resources, the Great Works business development innovation. At the same time we must uphold the dominant telecommunications company, the industry value chain. Differences in the implementation of competitive strategy, still premised on technological superiority. Finally Unicom CDMA business should build brand advantages, and forming a core competitiveness.
