With the advantages of network, good reputation and function, postal service is beneficial tool which is capable of meeting social satisfaction, and now facing several serious situations. The traditional post can not catch the modern requirement, which is the reason that new postal sales strategy is badly needed.The present sales strategy of Beijing Post is a big obstacle for the developing, especially when facing the stronger and stronger market competitions. To survive in the market competing, the sales system must be reconstructed.The thesis analysis the market situations, the developing advantages, competing circumstances and present sales strategy , and analysis the chances and challenges according to the sales mode of the competitors. The thesis offers the design of the sales strategy for Beijing post, and the suggestion on the developing as well.
