Objective: Due to the life style,growth period,medicinal parts and growth environment of Chinese medicinal herbs,the key control points in the certification are different,which directly affect the quality difference.Cornus officinalis belongs to the semi wild Chinese medicinal materials,and its quality control is the existence of a lot of uncontrollable non-human factors,and each link of improper management may cause quality problems.This paper mainly takes Cornus as an example to verify the application of quality risk management standard in the Chinese herbal medicine planting in the application of quality risk management can be extended to more Chinese herbal medicine planting process,which will help to establish a traceability system of Chinese herbal medicine,Chinese herbal medicine production to ensure the whole process of the implementation of effective monitoring.Methods: In this paper,the base of Cornus officinalis was investigated,and the current situation and existing problems were summarized.And refer to the GAP certification and 19 key control points in the enterprise certification,Combined with the specific implementation of the base,mainly from prenatal,postpartum,postpartum three part of the specific analysis of the existing problems.The quality risk management tool HACCP is applied to the standardized cultivation in Cornus officinalis,Analyze the possible hazards in each link,and determine the critical control points according to the CCP decision table,and take appropriate corrective actions,To avoid or reduce the occurrence of hazards,and to establish a set of safe and mature hazard prevention system measures in order to ensure the quality and safety of their roots.The operation of the hazard analysis(FAZOP)applied to the dogwood early processing process,Find out the deviation in the production process,analyze the causes of the deviation,the consequences and the countermeasures,so as to reduce the risk to eliminate,reduce or control the potential hazards.Based on the questionnaire survey of the planting base,the data collected were analyzed to determine the weight of each control point.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the risk of the planting base,and the risk grade was analyzed,To explore the risk present situation of Cornus base exists,the application of risk management to be more specific,to finally find a rational management system,in order to benefit farmers seeking stable quality and harvest of Cornus officinalis.Results: Base of research found that the dogwood belong to the semi wild Chinese herbal medicines,lack of manual management,varieties and fruit planting more confusion,Although the establishment of the corresponding breeding base,but the lack of professional management,practical application value is not,It is about 50 years old,is in the full fruit period,pruning measures lack of professional system in the field of management,resulting in serious loss of tree nutrition,spindling of flooding.The dogwood fruit moth is serious,harm is high risk level,should take corresponding measures.Pest control.The dogwood harvest block should be larger,the dogwood tree dwarfing measures and mechanization harvest application as soon as possible.Because of its planting area is relatively large,many Mountain hilly terrain,the early processing more farmers to adopt the centralized processing method,lack of professional guidance and real-time monitoring,quality control is not strong.According to the GAP authentication key control,combined with the base of research found that in the prenatal link,planting the model of "company +scientific research+ base+ Yaonong" model,The environment(air,water,soil)of the base has been in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state,the production of the source of the species in a reliable,clear,unified by the company,and in line with the inspection and quarantine standards,Field management is also based on the GAP standard for planting management,postpartum links should also be tested for quality,can be stored after the standard.The application of HACCP to risk prevention to the scientific level,to the application of risk from the idea of the concept of modernization,abandon the traditional empiricism,can refer to the application in other industries,the better to promote the planting areas,so as to ensure the quality safety of Chinese herbal medicines.The application of FAZOP is mainly focused on the process class,which can avoid the deviation in the process,analyze the risk from the physical and chemical point of view,avoid the risk and reduce the harm.Application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,through quantitative methods on the base of hazard rating analysis results show that: in the base,environmental risk belongs to a breeding and field management,which belongs to the two level of risk,harvesting and processing belongs to the three level of risk.We should add measures for harvesting and processing of artificial intervention,reduce the level of risk,reduce the occurrence of damages,take corresponding measures for breeding and field management,to ensure that the increase in environmental hazard level,link base,may be appropriate not to take corresponding measures.Conclusion: The dogwood standardized planting,in order to ensure the quality and safety of every link,will vigorously promote the application of risk management measures,is imminent,However,the application of risk management in the field is still very little,lack of theoretical basis,there is no complete set of system to verify its effectiveness,Therefore,its application to dogwood standardization is a bold exploration,but also has effective value,has deep significance to promote the application of quality risk management in the standardized cultivation of Chinese in China.
