Summary: After China entered WTO, along with the coming of era of the knowledge economy, informationization and economic globalization, the scope of competition among the business enterprises is extending increasingly and the degree of competition is becoming more intense. Therefore, a talent with abundant knowledge becomes the focus in the talent-fighting of many enterprises. Now more and more Chinese enterprises had competed with the foreign enterprises in international market, but Chinese enterprises often feel the shortage of talents in the vigorous competition. The reality is very ruthless, in one hand, Chinese enterprises are not easy to recruit the ideal talents, in other hand, the frequent job-hopping of the talents set a hurdle for the development of the enterprise. In order to keep the advantages of the enterprise, we not only need to retain the present talents, but also need to create favorable atmosphere to attract more talents to work for our enterprises. Under such background, the salary incentive scheme is a good and effective way to solve the problems. An appropriate salary incentive strategy can motivate the employees, promote the realization of total enterprise strategy. Therefore, this article summarizes enterprise strategy, especially the priority of the total enterprise strategy in business enterprise management, studys the influence of enterprise salary strategy on business enterprise management and the disadvantages of traditional salary strategy, selects GUIZHOU GAS (Group) CO. LTD as the research subject and analyses its salary strategy . This article is helpful for our enterprise in making favorable salary scheme.
