Today, in the final analysis of competition between enterprises comes to be human beings. The enterprise should gain the competition dominance in human resource market so as to keep its indefectible position while the impact of salary has direct influence on whether the enterprise can attract people, keep people, and make efficiency use of people.In the recent years, Chinese enterprise has adopt a lot of measures in employee's management of salary which acquire certain effect, while the system and management of salary has come forth lots of disadvantages with the coming of new technical evolution and challenge of economy globalization: lack of salary strategy consciousness, salary system disjoint with enterprise strategy, policy, culture ; complicate composing, inconsequence of construction, regard the result is the most important thing while neglect the process, illegibility in the process of salary.According to these disadvantages, this thesis use the theory of economic, management , psychology, to survey salary, try to construct strategic frame of salary, discuss how the consistency of enterprise strategy and salary strategy affect the performance of enterprise, to provide the enterprise theory basis to enterprise to attach more attention and enhance the use of human resource and establish harmonious labor relationship. This thesis use the relationship between salary strategy and enterprise strategy and enterprise performance, bring forth research hypothesis on theory analysis and investigation on the spot, meanwhile, use relative analysis and regress analysis to validate the relative content, in order to provide revelations for the salary management for Chinese enterprises.This thesis first sum up and analysis the current status and character of our corporation salary system, and then probe into the frame of salary strategy on the basis of past scholars' research , the perform mechanism of salary strategy, and the match mold of salary strategy. This thesis also bring forward the hypothesis according to the relevant theory research, use the statistics knowledge to analysis and interpret the hypothesis. Finally, the thesis advance the relevant countermeasure and suggestions that match the enterprise strategy and salary strategy.
