| With the deepening of ecological civilization construction and the large-scale development of industrial clusters,the "extensive" and "fast economy" development modes of regional industrial clusters lead to increasingly prominent problems such as congestion effect and environmental pollution,and the contradiction between economic benefits and ecological benefits becomes increasingly prominent.How to coordinate the cross domain virtual transformation of industrial clusters and the two-way improvement of economy and environment has become an important issue to be urgently solved to realize the sustainable economic development and ecological optimization in China.The Outline of the 13 th Five-Year Plan points out that green technology innovation is the inevitable choice to solve problems of green development,and the core of green technology innovation lies in the link and synergy between the supply chain and the diffusion application chain of green technology innovation.Due to the multiple failure effect and dual externality limitation of green technology innovation,as well as the path dependence and main body heterogeneity effect of regional industrial clusters,the absence of innovation supply chain and the disconnection of diffusion application chain have become increasingly prominent,and the regional limitations of industrial clusters have gradually emerged.In order to realize crossdomain collaboration and upgrading of industrial clusters and solve the multiple failure dilemma and double-chain connection problem of green technology innovation,the system structure of green technology collaborative innovation of virtual industrial clusters is taken as the entry point,and follow the logic of "element-structure-function" to distinguish the main function,structural process and operation mechanism of the system.Through the establishment of two-party and threeparty evolutionary game models of the supply and diffusion of green technology innovation,the mechanism of the evolution of the main strategy and the influence of factors was explored,and the validity of the mechanism and the rule of the effect of factors were established based on the simulation model.The specific research contents are as follows:1.The research results,process and system structure analysis of green technology collaborative innovation in virtual industry cluster are summarized.Based on the bibliometrics theory,Cite Space software was used to conduct bibliometrics and visualization analysis of relevant researches in the field of green technology collaborative innovation in virtual industrial clusters,and to sort out and reappear the development context and hot spots.Based on the literature review and analysis method,the research progress and status quo of virtual industry cluster and green technology innovation are clarified,and the connotation,influencing factors and interactive mechanism of green technology innovation are identified and explored.Following the logic framework of "element-structure-function",this paper analyzes the elements,structure and function of the green technology collaborative innovation system of virtual industry cluster from the perspective of connotation concept definition,main element discrimination and structure and function integration,explores the connotation mechanism,connection mechanism and the role of main elements of virtual industry cluster and green technology collaborative innovation,reveal the structure construction mechanism and system operation mechanism based on main and elements.2.Strategy evolution and SD simulation of green generic technology collaborative innovation in virtual industry cluster.Based on the evolutionary game theory,a two-party evolutionary game model involving scientific research institutions and core enterprises was constructed.Based on the asymmetric perspective,the evolutionary conditions and paths of the two-party main body strategy were explored to explain the multiple failure effect of green generic technology and the economic reasons for the shackle of green development.Based on the perspective of symmetry,the mechanism and evolution path of the system were explored to reveal the evolution mechanism of the system and the influence of key factors under different constraints.Based on this,the SD simulation model was constructed and Anylogic software was used to verify the reasonable robustness of the model and the effectiveness of the main body strategy evolution under different conditions,and the influence of key parameters on the system path evolution mechanism was explored.The results show that the government subsidy,technology transfer risk and search imitation cost significantly affect the strategic choice of research institutions and core enterprises,and are the decisive factors to realize system collaborative innovation.The effect of subsidy mechanism is affected by the policy sensitivity of both parties.High search imitation cost can significantly avoid the opportunistic behavior and free-rider effect of both parties.The core enterprises have speculative behavior under high intellectual property cost,and low intellectual property cost is conducive to promoting the adoption of collaborative innovation strategy.The degree of commonality and the level of intelligent integration of innovation platform have a promoting effect on collaborative innovation of both parties,and the demand for capital subsidy of innovation subjects is significantly higher than that for technical support.Sharing intention and monopoly degree of core enterprises have an "inverted U-shaped" effect on collaborative innovation of both parties,and firms with strong monopoly degree have a preference in strategic choice of scientific research institutions.3.Multi-Agent strategy evolution and numerical simulation of green proprietary technology collaborative innovation in virtual industrial clusters.Based on the green generic technology innovation and the technological stock of cluster subjects,a three-party evolutionary game model is constructed by adding supporting enterprise subjects to the two-party evolutionary game model.From the perspective of asymmetric and symmetric,through the analysis of the main body evolution conditions,the analysis of the system evolution path and the path explanation in different situations,clarify the evolution and stability strategy of each main body of the green technology innovation double-chain connection.The robustness of the model and the validity of case division were verified by Matlab numerical simulation,and the influence of parameters was analyzed by visual simulation to reveal the internal action,coordination mechanism,economic mechanism and the cause of "failure" of the three main bodies.The results show that strengthening intellectual property protection and punishment for improper technology acquisition,optimizing the income distribution of tripartite contracts,and increasing government subsidies can effectively improve the enthusiasm and stability of the three parties in collaborative innovation.Moderate generic degree is the key to give consideration to efficient supply of green generic technology and efficient application of green proprietary technology.Moderate intelligent integration level of innovation platform can effectively promote the effective connection between the two stages of green technology innovation.The difference of industrial structure and the degree of monopoly of core enterprises have heterogeneous and reverse effects on the two stages of green technology innovation in industrial clusters.Government intervention and guidance is an important way to coordinate the heterogeneous and reciprocal effects of monopoly degree. |
