Research Of Partly Key Techniques Of Product Platform Planning Based On Modularity

With the formation of world market, the competition between enterprises have focused on how to satisfy the individual client's demands better and manufacture individually based on client's demands without impairing enterprises'benefits. In new market environment, companies need a new development strategy, based on which product development can meet diversified needs of customers and at the same time reduces cost. Product platform strategy is exactly the new development strategy. Product platform strategy uses standard parts to induce cost, and at the same time develops product family based on modularization to meet various market needs.Based on core modularization and platform theory, this paper carries on the study on Product Platform planning based on modularization analysis, design and evaluation, at the same time adopts and proposes some operational methods and models.
