Research On Production Manufacturing Time Models For Large-Piece OKP Enterprises

The leaders in enterprises belong to manufacturing industry always expect that their production capacities could be expanded under no investment or few investment, especially Large-Piece OKP (one-of-a-kind production) Enterprises. Due to the order randomicity and variety and low reiteration and ascertainion in Large-Piece OKP Enterprises, the production plan and production management is very complicated and difficult. So it is very important that studying on how to expand production capacities. But now, people often pursue the advanced management, such as CIMS, CE, JIT, AM etc, but neglect the most foundation process and time study in enterprises themselves. In particular, in Large-Piece OKP Enterprises, the production have no fixed man-hour quota and the planner depend on only experience to estimate the man-hour quota when planning because of being unable to obtain scientific man-hour quota datum. In this paper, the production time in Large-Piece OKP Enterprises will be studied.In this paper, first of all, expounding Motion Study and Time Study in IE theory, and then, according to the characteristic that is the unfixed production objects and man-hour quota in Large-Piece OKP Enterprises, that is, man-hours are changeable, and on the basis of analyzing the changeable man-hour that is made up of constant and variable, the man-hour model idea and the establishing step and process chart are given.According to man-hour models in Large-Piece OKP Enterprises, The demonstrating example is given in tank factory of A Company. Analyzing the tank production process and improving the working operation in process, and establishing man-hour models and giving the demonstration in CNC and bending and welding and blasting working operation. And then using the model and CPM(Critical Path Method) to study production planning of H order, putting forward the performance management by using the man-hour models. In the end, economic benefit is analyzed after using man-hour models.The right man-hour models can offer accurate methods for man-hour quota establishment, and also provide exact and reliable datum for production planning, and also in favor of production management in Large-Piece OKP Enterprises.
