With the establishment and improvement of market economy system in China, furious competition and advanced technology are making marketing more important. More and more companies are aware of the importance and upgrade the management of marketing to the level of strategy. But lots of companies have been adopting the traditional ways, and had not been able to adapt the development of the modern industrial product of distributes enterprises. The problem needed to solve immediately include Marketing trends, change of strategic and how to achieve, enterprises from the strategic level of management and marketing support, etcThe paper is research for marketing situation of The UF Chongqing branch. Under the analysis of market research and guidance of relevant theory, this article take the UF Chongqing branch as the background, in particular including the good opportunity as well as the potential risk for UF Chongqing branch which are brought by external environment,and what is its own advantages and disadvantages. The modern marketing theories, such as the Five Forces Model of Environment Threats. The technical route of this article is problem-environment—establish strategy—execute strategy. Proposing a set of marketing strategy which combined with reality of UF Chongqing branch are drafted accordingly.
