Research On The Management Of Abrupt Affairs Of City In China

In the course of economic and social transition, it is inevitable to induce various abrupt affairs by different conflicts or problems. In fact, with the development of reforming and opening, abrupt affairs happen more frequently than ever, so crisis management has become more and more important in China. All kinds of abrupt affairs have been the urgent problem to be solved because of the frequency and negative impacts.Contrasted with existing system, it is regret that abrupt affairs management system has not been established yet in China. Based on the theories and methodologies of management science, politics, sociology, public relations as well as comparative analysis and case research, the abrupt affairs management system of modern city is studied and structured in this paper. The first part of the paper talks about the concept and structures of abrupt affairs management, including the negative impacts and features of abrupt affairs. Followed by the detail problems on relative aspects;Secondly, the paper analyzes the factors which lead emergency to crisis and there are more and more serious trends. The management of abrupt affairs seems particularly important, necessary and meaningful;Thirdly, based on analyzing oversea practical experience in abrupt affairs management and national available experience, this paper reveals deficiencies in abrupt affairs management in China;Fourthly, on the basis of analysis of present situation, the paper seeks to put forward some basic and tentative suggestions on how to set up abrupt affairs management system of modern cities in China.
